so i just gt bck frm my kapas trip yesterday. altho i did threw up twice on the first day and lemas tegolek2 dlm air ms snorkeling(makasih enod sbb slamatkn aku), the trip ws definitely a blast. We were the only group staying at Kapas Island Resort other than the TV9 crew including Dr. Fazley Asmara Ini and Dr. Faiz the angkasawan.. fewitss fewittss.. hehe.. We walked along the beach (jauh neehh jln) , snorkeled, waited for penyu to bertelur (tp penyu xnek pon), tanam ajiem dlm pasir, made a penyu from the sand (sbb keciwe xdpt jmpe penyu), candat sotong, play charades and mcm2 lg.. though i did end up looking merah mcm ‘udang kne bakar’ i hf to admit tht i hd an awesomeee time. and the promise to keep me well entertained during the trip was definitely kept by them.. makasih kawan2… hoho..

i finally hv biceps!!! and im NOT lying!!!! after hving a daily routine of working out with my 1kg dumbell while watching Ezora, i can shout it out to all the peeps who used to ejek me that, “i hv no tauhu arms anymoreee….wohoooo!!”.. i now cn proudly flex my muscle to the world… grrr grrrr…

..and i thought i knew tht person until i came across a blog. Thanks to google. Thinking of how the person actually make a difference in my life all these while leaving me numb as i scroll through the written pages. Like what the hell was i thinking. Demit Nadiah! I dont even know this person at all. Pull yourself back together and get a life.. sheesh..

okay.. enough with the emomemoness.. For the past few days, baru lah me n my buddies keco2 nk plan for our kapas trip.. and guess what.. most of the resorts are fully book except for the resort yg hodoh2 jer.. sabar je la kan.. ade org ckp.. mmg ah penuh sbb date yg kitorg nk g tu cuti skolah singapore.. ye keeeeeeeeee? warghhh .. whatever laaa..

anyhoo.. i got myslf a lot of retail therapy + salon n spa treatement due to the recent drama in my life. muahaha.. spe2 yg tau.. no worries coz im fine and totally over it by now. I also change my image from a straight hair gal to.. a rmbt sotong gal.. dun ask me y.. I guess when ‘it’ happened i just wanted to erase all the bad memories and pain by changing every single thing tht i could.. ecece.. gle dramatik.. haha..

whatever it is.. to those who care .. im fine fine fine.. and i am looking forward to the next chapter of my life without ever looking back or feeling regret. And I am just glad to be my ownslf again after all these years…
